About Me
My name is Imdad, an India-based freelancer with an easy-going personality and a talent for building long-term relationships. I provide multiple services to my clients as a Virtual Assistant.
I started this journey in 2016, remotely taking care of my clients with little or no supervision. I solve my client’s problems by crafting solutions and making processes more efficient. I am an expert with office software tools and quickly learn new platforms to help my clients achieve their objectives. I am motivated to deliver my promises, detail-oriented, and provide quality services.
I work with small and medium-sized businesses to provide backend administrative support, customer support and outreach, lead generation, and market analysis.
To date, my client list has spanned the globe in the United States, European Union, UAE, and India. I have learned new skills with each client interaction and look forward to adding value to your project.

I develop plans A, B, and C before embarking on a new project and pride my strategic creativity in developing asymmetric solutions. I enjoy learning new tools and processes or adapting old tools in new ways to increase efficiency and expand the scope of my skills.
